The IAG Air Oil Separator is now available for 2021+ 2.7L Ford Bronco. The IAG AOS is a smart investment to ensure your Ford's optimal performance. Our advanced design is the outcome of years of thorough research, development, and testing. It features a 1-liter cast aluminum swirl pot canister that is designed to optimize the separation of oil from the PCV system upstream of PCV gasses’ return to the intake system. IAG's AOS sets itself apart with its heated cast aluminum housing, exceptional venting, and unique baffle design. Our AOS works with all fuel types, promoting longer engine life, enhanced crankcase ventilation, and compatibility with standard ECU calibrations. The IAG Air Oil Separator has a unique baffle system that collects the oil from your engine's PCV gasses and directs it back into the crankcase. The Separator canister was engineered with the inlet hoses on one side, generating a vortex of gasses inside. As these gasses circulate within the vortex, they pass through a set of baffles that capture the oil, allowing the gasses to escape from the top of the AOS. The IAG AOS offers superior protection against oil entering the intake flow and oil dilution in the engine's lubrication system compared to the OEM PCV system by itself.
