While the Pulsar will allow you to recalibrate the speedometer for that gear change, it will not re-activate the disabled cruise control system or correct any codes that are set. GM has this feature laced into the calibration files and would require full ECM/TCM tuning to re-enable cruise control or to correct any other codes or drivability concerns
