This Direct-Fit Catalytic Converter is designed to fit the 1996-1997 Lexus LX450 4.5L & 1995-1997 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.5L. MagnaFlow 447103 includes (3) Flat Ring Gaskets, (1) Flange Gasket and interchanges with OE parts 17401-66009, 17401-66090. This replacement part is designed to meet or exceed California Air Resource Board requirements, and has undergone additional testing to comply with CARB guidelines to allow for legal use in California and CARB restricted states, for the listed vehicles.
