Overview:
ICON's 4-5.5” Lift Stage 1 Coilover Conversion System features 2.5 Series remote reservoir coilovers that provide superb on-road comfort and off-road performance while at the same time allowing for end-user ride height adjustability. These bolt-in coilovers also allow the option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location, effectively doubling shock damping ability. Their remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. Fabricated radius arm drop brackets correct suspension geometry and ensure proper wheel alignment with the OE radius arms. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series internal reservoir rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines.

Important Notes:
- TECH NOTE: Due to tight clearances and varying placement of vehicle’s wiring harness in the upper front-passenger wheel well area, installer must ensure adequate clearance between the harness, coilover reservoir, and other components to prevent chafing/damage to wire harness. If adequate clearance cannot be achieved, please contact ICON Customer Service.
- TECH NOTE: If installing with ICON 2.5 Series remote reservoir secondary shocks, reservoir doubler kit part number 611003 is also required
- Recommended Aftermarket Tires: 37" x 12.50" (Larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required.)
- TECH NOTE: Super Duty diesel models equipped with Tremor package will have front lift height range of 3-4.5" over stock
